In 2020, I founded Skill Running to bring personalized, science-backed coaching to athletes who want to train smarter and perform better. With over a decade of coaching experience and a background as a competitive track and cross-country athlete—competing with elite teams around the world—I’ve developed a data-driven coaching approach that blends cutting-edge technology with proven training principles.

When I transitioned to marathons in my late 30s, I learned firsthand what it takes to break through plateaus and set new personal bests. Now, with 17 marathons behind me—including all six World Marathon Majors—I continue to compete at a high level, most recently securing 2nd place overall at the 2024 Mississauga Marathon. Training with Skill Running has given me the structure and confidence to keep improving.
